All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices shown at the moment you pay (or, for Cash on Delivery, at the moment you place the order) are the prices that apply.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we do and you paid online, you are refunded in full.

Because these are food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

The one exception: if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item and packaging, and we will replace it or refund it.

Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this site is a claim to treat, cure or prevent any illness.

Because everything is made in small batches, colour, aroma and texture vary slightly from batch to batch.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
