Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed (Cash on Delivery) or payment being confirmed (online payment). Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Because whole spices are milled in small batches, an occasional item may take an extra day. We will tell you by email if that happens.

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer.

A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to every order, regardless of order value — this is shown at checkout before you pay.

Choosing Cash on Delivery adds an extra ₹30 to your order, shown at checkout before you confirm. Paying online has no extra charge.
