To deliver an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. That is all we ask for.

If you pay online, that payment is handled entirely by our payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on the gateway's own systems and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on this website. If you choose Cash on Delivery, no payment details are collected online at all.

Your details are used to process, pack, deliver and support your order, and to send you order-related email and WhatsApp updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Only the delivery partner carrying your parcel, and — for online payments only — our payment gateway.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to byindia2023@gmail.com.
